What happens if an item is damaged, lost or stolen in my care?
Damage Protection Plan
This plan acts as a form of Insurance cover against repairable damage.
Repairable Damage: Examples include broken zips, clasps, closures, missing beads and minor stain removal.

Damage Protection
Damage Protection offered by Rent Luxury is designed to provide members with peace of mind against certain types of damage that may occur during the rental period.
Damage Protection Coverage:

Repairable Damage: Covers costs associated with repairable damage. Examples include broken zips, clasps, closures, missing beads and minor stain removal.
What is NOT Covered:

Damage Beyond Repair: Rent Luxury shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether certain damages are beyond repair, in which case, such damages will not be covered by Damage Protection.

Loss or Theft: Loss of the item due to negligence, theft or other reasons is not covered.
Responsibility for Damage Beyond Repair:
If the damage to the item is irreparable, the renter may be liable to cover the total estimated market value of the item or the cost of replacing the item, as determined by the Rent Luxury team.
