What happens if an item is damaged, lost or stolen in my care?
An €80 cash deposit will be collected by Rent Luxury when an item is delivered. This deposit shall be retained to cover the cost of repairing any damages that may have occurred during the rental, up to a cost of €80. If the item is returned in the same condition as when it had been delivered, the deposit shall be refunded.

What is not covered by the deposit?
1.    Damage beyond repair
2.    Loss or theft of item
3.    Damage in excess of an €80 repair fee
Should RENT LUXURY consider the item to be damaged beyond repair, or the item has been lost or stolen, the member shall be charged the cost of purchasing a replacement item as incurred by RENT LUXURY. Should a replacement item not be available for purchase, the higher of the original retail price of the item, or its current market value (at the condition of the item when it was delivered), shall be charged.
